Brian Lukacz

Brian brings over 19 years of commercial real estate experience exclusively representing Tenants. Prior to his real estate career, Brian served 13 years in United States Marine Corps serving as a helicopter pilot.

Brian’s career was interrupted when his USMC reserve helicopter squadron was activated. He participated in combat operations in the Al Anbar Province, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Flew over (100) combat missions in Iraq in 2004 and 2005. In 2006 Brian returned to commercial real estate and rejoined GVA/IPC commercial. In 2010 he joined Vince Botticelli as a partner in Botticelli Realty Advisors.

Brian has consummated leasing and sales transactions valued at over $27 million in total consideration.

In 2006 upon returning to real estate Brian was selected to the San Diego Metropolitan Magazine “Forty under 40” List in 2006.

In 2007 and 2008 Brian served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Chapter of CRA (Commercial Realtors Association).

In 2013 Brian served on the Advisory Board for the LUX Art Institute in Encinitas

Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University. During his senior year he was elected Captain of the nationally ranked Division I mens lacrosse team.
